I’d like to introduce you to Lizzie — not only one of our lovely patients, but also one of the trainers at F45!
When we first sat down together, Lizzie had a few goals in mind:
- Correcting mild crowding (both upper and lower)
- Improving the shape of her upper lateral incisors (U2s), with a plan to enhance them later using composite bonding
Although Lizzie was open to all treatment options, we both agreed that Invisalign would be the best choice for her case.

At the end of her Invisalign journey, we completed edge polishing on her lower front teeth (L2-2) to create a beautifully smooth and even finish.
Finally, the finishing touch: composite bonding completed by the one and only Dr. Shivam Patel, giving her smile that perfect, natural look.
Treatment length: 18 months
Lizzie used Dental Monitoring throughout her treatment, which meant she only needed to come in for key appointments like IPR (interproximal reduction) and refinement scans.
