At his initial consultation, Achi had a few key concerns he wanted to address:
- A diastema (the gap between his front teeth was actually much bigger than it looks in these photos — it had been filled with composite to hide it)
- An increased overbite
- Mild crowding
Achi had a clear idea of what he wanted — Invisalign aligners — and after assessing his case, we agreed he was a perfect candidate for this treatment!
His treatment took just 12 months. A crucial part of the process was IPR (interproximal reduction), which helped us polish away the composite between his upper front teeth and minimise the appearance of black triangles.
Throughout his journey, Achi used Dental Monitoring to keep track of his progress remotely. Impressively, he didn’t receive a single “No-Go” notification during the entire course of his treatment — a true testament to his excellent compliance!
